Nathalie has over 20 years professional experience working in the financial services sector in the City, operating at board level as the Chief Operating Officer for Parker Fitzgerald, a management consultancy now owned by Accenture. She built her career delivering large scale transformation programmes for KPMG, a global retail bank and a major insurer. Nathalie enjoys the complexities of working with interdisciplinary teams in different locations and operating in a constantly changing environment.

Having been actively engaged in ballet and music from a young age and with a love for the arts, Nathalie decided to combine her professional skills and experience with her passion and
leave her career in the City to focus on the arts sector. She completed the Executive Masters for Cultural Leadership, launched in 2019 by the Royal Academy of Arts and the University of Maastricht. Nathalie has an Economics and Business Management degree from the KUL
(Katholieke Universiteit Leuven, Belgium) and a MBA (KUL).
 
Nathalie joined the trustee board of The Lightbox, an award-winning art gallery and heritage museum based in Woking early 2020 and was a trustee of the Bank Workers Charity, a health and wellbeing charity for current and former bank workers and their families, for 9 years.
