After spending her formative years training as a dancer, first in her native Scotland and subsequently at the Canadian National Ballet School, Clare qualified as a lawyer and has over 25 years’ experience in media law, specialising in film. Following a successful career at a leading London based media law firm, Clare moved into the public sector in 2014 and is currently Director of Legal and Business Affairs at The British Film Institute.

 

Clare is delighted to bring her love of dance and the creative and performing arts generally, together with her media law expertise, to the Constella board of trustees.
